Outplacement: Maximising internal redeployment, Sunderland City Council
This project brought us into partnership with Sunderland City Council, to
support their programme of radical redeployment and ensure “no redundancies”. A key part of this programme was the integration of our online career management and outplacement service, Career Sage.
Executive Pay Review, South Yorkshire Police
This project was commissioned to provide a full review of the Force’s executive pay arrangements. Its aim was to help determine a new pay policy.
