  • Group workshops - delivered by our trained career coaches, these follow a modular format, covering workshops, job search tools and personal support. The length and content of our group workshops is bespoke to your delegates’ needs.
  • Job clinic - this involves the creation of a temporary career support office on the client site to provide a ‘hands-on’ service over an agreed period. A typical clinic is modelled on a recruitment consultancy approach to helping your staff.
  • One to one - our support is available to individual staff members. Our programme of support is adaptable to individual needs and combines consultant expertise, traditional methods and online innovation to produce the best results.
