Who should attend?

The seminar is for public sector organisations including:

  • local authorities;
  • NHS Trusts; and
  • police authorities.

Why is it important?

Recent publicity regarding Equal Pay and the new Equality Bill has highlighted the importance of transparent pay provisions. Public sector organisations are already facing a surge in equal pay claims that tend to be expensive, time-consuming and attract considerable negative publicity.

This seminar will consider future equal pay challenges that may be faced by such organisations and how interim measures may help deal with compliance.

How will it affect me?

The seminar aims to provide a comprehensive guide to the issues that arise in the context of equal pay claims, including current guidelines and the future statutory framework, as well as practical guidance on ensuring compliance.
